2.Debugging method of stainless steel plate cutting process
1). According to the different power 10000 watt laser, referring to Chuangxin cutting process parameter table, first debug the thickest carbon steel bright surface and stabilize the processing effect of the thickest carbon steel;
2). After the effect and efficiency meet the requirements, adjust the perforation process parameters;
3). After adjusting the cutting and piercing process, small batch cutting is needed to verify the consistency of process and effect.
